• API Usage: API requests process files transiently. We do not store or retain your SVG files after processing.

We believe in privacy by design. We do not analyze, store, or claim ownership of the files you process.

• No Storage: Your files are processed instantly and are not saved on our infrastructure.
• Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of your files.
• Personal Data: We do not collect personal usage data. We do not require registration for the free web tool.

4. Paid Services (API Subscription)

We offer a paid subscription for API access for developers.

• Pricing: $4.00 USD for a 4-month access period.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely via CryptoCloud.
• Anonymity: We do not store your credit card details or personal billing address. Transactions are handled via cryptocurrency.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The SimpleSVGs website, code, logos, and design are the property of SimpleSVGs. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use our brand assets without prior permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SimpleSVGs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. We are not responsible for any potential damage to your files or data loss, although our non-storage verification makes this risk negligible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleSVGs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the EU.
